استانداردهای پایپینگ – لوله ، متریال و طراحی پایپینگ

آشنایی با مهمترین استانداردهای پایپینگ درصنایع نفت، گاز ،پتروشیمی، نیروگاه و صنایع سنگین

استانداردهای پایپینگ، الزاماتی برای طراحی سیستمهای لوله کشی صنعتی و قوانینی مرجع برای ساخت و ابعاد و جنس متریال لوله ها و قطعات پایپینگ (Fitting) ، مانند فلنج ، ولو و شیرآلات ،‌ زانویی و … وضع و ارائه می‌کنند.

لوله کشی از لحاظ فنی به سه بخش تقسیم میشود : پایپینگ (piping)، به معنی لوله کشی در داخل محدوده واحد، پایپ‌لاین (pipeline ) به معنی خطوط لوله برای انتقال سیالات در فواصل نسبتا طولانی و خارج از پروژه و پلامینگ (plumbing) به معنی لوله کشی تاسیسات بهداشتی. که هر سه را اصطلاحن پایپینگ می نامیم. استانداردهای پایپینگ نیز همانند استانداردهای بخشهای دیگر ، شامل مدارکی از قبیل استانداردها ، کد ها، و اسپک (SPEC) میشود که در مطالب قبل با این واژه های آشنا شدیم.

مثال هایی از کدها و استانداردهای مورد استفاده در پایپینگ

مهمترین این استانداردهای پایپینگ عبارتند از :

1) استانداردهای ASME  :

استانداردهای ASME به کد ها و سکشن ها (SECTION) تقسیم بندی میشوند .کدهای پایپینگ الزاماتی برای طراحی ، ساخت ، تست و بازرسی لوله‌ها ، فیتینگ ها و سیستم‌های پایپینگ تعریف می‌کنند. برای آشنایی با استاندارد ASME از این صفحه دیدن فرمایید.

کدهای ASME کاربردهای بسیار فراوانی در پایپینگ دارند. به نمونه ای از کدهای ASME توجه نمایید:

کدهای پایپینگ ANSI/ASME B31

• ASME B31.1 Power Piping
  کد B31.1 معمولا در نیروگاه‌های تولید برق، واحدهای صنعتی و تجاری، سیستم‌های حرارتی زمین‌گرمایی (geothermal heating systems) و پلنت‌های گرمایش و سرمایش مرکزی (central heating and cooling plants) استفاده می‌شود. به علت حساس بودن کاربردها، اصولا ضرایب اطمینان پیشنهاد شده در این استاندارد از استاندارد B31.3 بیش‌تر است.
• ASME B31.3 Process Piping
  کد B31.3 معمولا در پالایشگاه‌های نفتی، صنایع دارویی، پلنت‌های سرمایش و پلنت‌ها و ترمینال‌های فرآیندی مربوط به آن‌ها مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرند. ضرایب اطمینان
  به کار رفته در این استاندارد به طور معمول از استاندارد B31.1 کم‌تر است.
• ASME B31.4
  Pipeline Transportation Systems for Liquid Hydrocarbons and Other Liquids
  کد B31.4 مربوط به پایپینگ انتقال محصولات و سیالات ، بین ترمینال‌ها و ایستگاه‌های پمپاژ ،تنظیم (regulating) و اندازه‌گیری (metering) می‌باشد.
• ASME B31.5 Refrigeration Piping
  کد B31.5 مربوط به پایپینگ مبردها (refrigerants) و مبردهای ثانویه (secondary coolant) است.
• ASME B31.8
  Gas Transportation and Distribution Piping Systems
  کد B31.8 شامل پایپینگ برای انتقال محصولاتی است که اغلب در شکل گازی بین ترمینال‌ها، شامل کمپرسور (compressor)، ایستگاه‌های تنظیم و اندازه‌گیری (regulating and metering stations) و خطوط انتقال جمع‌آوری گاز (gas metering pipelines) می‌باشند.
• ASME B31.9
  Building Services Piping
  کد B31.9 مربوط به پایپینگ ساختمان‌های صنعتی، موسسات، تجاری، عمومی و مسکونی بزرگی می‌شود که نیاز به محدوده سایز و فشار و دمای گفته شده در B31.1 ندارند.
• ASME B31.11 Slurry Transportation Piping Systems
  کد B31.11 مربوط به پایپینگ انتقال لجن‌ها بین و داخل ایستگاه‌های پمپاژ و تنظیم می‌باشد.

4) استانداردهای MSS 

استانداردهای پایپینگ و متریال و فیتینگهای مرتبط که به وسیله جامعه استاندارد سازی (Manufacturer’s Standardization Society) توسعه یافته است.

استانداردهای MSS در کاربردهای صنعتی عمومی به کار می‌روند. صنعت خطوط انتقال (pipeline) از این استانداردهای اجزای پایپینگ و تایید کیفیت استفاده گسترده‌ای می‌کند.
