API 600 : Steel Gate Valves—Flanged and Butt-welding Ends, Bolted Bonnets

این استاندارد الزامات مربوط به سری شیرهای دروازه ای (Gate Valve) استیل برای صنایع نفت و گاز و پتروشیمی و پالایشگاه را مشخص می کند.

این استاندارد شرایط مورد نیاز بخشهای مختلف گیت ولو های استیل را شرح می دهد:
— bolted bonnet
— outside screw and yoke
— rising stems
— non-rising handwheels
— single or double gate
— wedge or parallel seating
— metallic seating surfaces
— flanged or butt-welding ends.

استاندارد API 600 شیرها برای اندازه اسمی (DN) لوله های زیر را پوشش می دهد:

— 25, 32, 40, 50, 65, 80, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500, 600, 650, 700, 750, 800, 850, 900, 950, 1000, 1050

همچنین NPS های زیر را شامل می شود:

— 1, 1 1/4, 1 1/2, 2, 2 1/2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42

و برای کلاس فشاری طراحی مقادیر زیر کاربرد دارد :

— 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500, 2500
